Invitation to Tea - 'Ginger and Bonfire Teatime Treats'

Over at A Trifle Rushed a delicious 'Banana and Ginger Tea Loaf' has created.  I have made many a banana loaf and I don't know why I didn't think to add ginger.  I will definitely be trying this soon and I can already feel it is going to be a winner.  A Trifle Rushed also mentions an 'Invitation to Tea', some fantastic blog networking where Karen at Lavender and Lovage and Kate at What Kate Baked are hosting a:

New Monthly
 'Tea Time Treat' Themed Challenge.

I know many of us also love to bake and more importantly eat!  This months 'Tea Time Treat' theme  is 'Ginger and Bonfire Treats' and it is hosted by Karen.  Read more about it here:

I thought my recipe for Ginger Beer Scones fits the bill perfectly.
These are so quick and easy and delicious warm with a drizzle of honey.

I appreciate and enjoy reading all of the feedback from your comments. Thank you for taking the time to stop by and sharing your thoughts. Sadly I have found it necessary to enable word verification, something I was trying to avoid...but I am receiving an unmanageable deluge of Spam! We don't want that do we? xxx :)
